1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 98ph or by accessing any part of the platform at 98ph.vu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through 98ph, including online slots, sports betting, live casino, and any other gaming or wagering products made available now or in the future.

2 Eligibility and Registration

You may only hold one account on 98ph. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same payment details, or the same device — are not permitted. 98ph reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) and to process payments securely in PHP.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 98ph account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you.

• Keep your password and OTP confidential at all times.
• Do not share your account access with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 98ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

98ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on 98ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Philippine online banking
• Mobile banking
• Bank transfer
• GCash and Maya (local e-wallets)
• Other supported local e-wallets as listed in your account dashboard

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on 98ph. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same verified local account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to standard verification checks before funds are released. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account settings.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.

• Bets are only valid once they have been accepted and a confirmation reference is issued by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an obviously incorrect price or payout, 98ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or settled early in line with the rules for each specific sport or competition.
• Live casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with 98ph support within 7 days of the relevant event result.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, 98ph may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be displayed alongside the relevant offer in your account.

• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Promotions are only valid for the period and player group specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 98ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to claim promotions through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or by misrepresenting personal details will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98ph and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to misrepresent your location.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account limits.
• Using payment accounts registered in another person's name.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or suspicious financial activity.

98ph monitors all accounts for unusual activity patterns. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals placed on hold while a review is conducted. Players are expected to cooperate with any verification requests during such a review.

8 Privacy and Data

98ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not implicated in a breach will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable review.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 98ph support. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

98ph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary disruptions.

• 98ph is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any liability on the part of 98ph is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

98ph may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For significant changes, we may notify registered players via the contact details on their account. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
